FAQ
Install failed / can’t launch
Check whether antivirus blocked the installer, ensure you have administrator privileges, and verify your Windows version (Windows 10/11 recommended).
Connection failed
Read the Network & NAT Guide first to verify bandwidth, Wi‑Fi quality, and NAT type.
Controller not working
Make sure the ViGEmBus (https://github.com/nefarius/ViGEmBus/releases) virtual gamepad driver is installed on the host.
Test: open https://z.mycloudgame.com/gamepad-test.html in the client browser and confirm the controller connects.
If the client test works, open https://z.mycloudgame.com/gamepad-test.html in a browser on the host and confirm ViGEmBus can create a virtual controller.
If the client has no controller, enable the virtual controller in the toolbar, then test whether the host can create a virtual controller.
