These Terms of Service are effective as of 2026-03-21.

1. Acceptance

Welcome to YiLink / MyCloudGame ("we", "us"). By accessing our website, downloading/using YiLink software, or using related console services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service Description

YiLink provides remote access and streaming capabilities, including direct P2P connectivity and optional Auto Relay services. You understand that performance may vary depending on network conditions, device performance, third-party services, and compliance constraints.

3. Account & Security

You are responsible for activities under your account and must take reasonable steps to protect your credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us promptly.

4. Paid Plans, Billing & Taxes

We may offer paid features (e.g., Auto Relay traffic, quotas). Pricing and benefits are described on the Pricing page.

We may use third-party payment providers (e.g., Creem.io as a Merchant of Record, "payment provider") to process payments and support tax calculation/collection, receipts, refunds, and dispute workflows.

• Your payment method details are typically processed by the payment provider. We do not store your full card number on our systems.
• The payment provider may send you order confirmations, receipts, or tax-related information according to their rules.

5. Subscriptions, Cancellation & Renewal

If you purchase a subscription plan, you can cancel renewal from within the product/console (and may be able to use a payment provider customer portal when available). After cancellation, your benefits typically remain active until the end of the current billing period.

6. Refund Policy

We care about customer experience and handle refund requests within reasonable limits. Eligibility depends on purchase type, usage, and payment provider rules. Contact billing@mycloudgame.com with your order ID/billing email/plan details.

• We respond within 3 business days with a decision or a request for additional information.
• If significant resources have been consumed (e.g., relay bandwidth) or in cases of abuse/fraud risk, we may deny refunds or issue proportional refunds.
• In case of chargebacks or disputes, we may suspend related entitlements until resolution.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use YiLink for illegal, infringing, or harmful activities, including but not limited to:

• Distributing illegal or harmful content, infringing others' rights, or facilitating infringement.
• Unauthorized access, scanning, penetration testing, or attacks against networks/systems.
• Abusing Auto Relay services (e.g., scripted traffic, bulk forwarding, or bypassing restrictions).
• Reverse engineering, cracking, or bypassing technical protections (except where permitted by law).

8. Intellectual Property

YiLink and related website content are owned by us or the respective rights holders. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without permission.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

YiLink is provided "as is". We strive for stability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss, connection failures, or indirect damages caused by network conditions, hardware compatibility, or third-party factors.

10. Changes & Termination

We may modify, suspend, or terminate parts of the service at any time. For violations or risky behavior, we may restrict features, suspend, or permanently ban accounts.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
